Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Clean, easy to user interface. Enough features to still be powerful and handle lots of information, posts, questions, and media.

  • It's easy to use, reliable, and Bloomfire offers great customer support in my experience.

  • Cons

  • navigation seems to be one size fits all. It would be nice to see an web interface for desktop browsers so that things don't have to be so blocky.

  • There isn't anything I dislike per say; I would like to be able to download selected posts into a spreadsheet, however.

  • Pros

  • This app is so easy to use and customer support is awesome. Training is quick and easy too. The customization is a plus!

  • Love the universal inbox. Allows me to view and respond to customer inquires. Best of all, it's all in one easy to use place.

  • Cons

  • When I access this on my phone, it gets crashed. I experienced it only thrice. But now it runs smoothly

  • Resolving many emails at once can be slow and every once in a while forwarding doesn't work, but these are usually quickly resolved!
