  • Pros

  • Support is great and very responsive. Platform integrates easily with other platforms for whitelabling purposes.
  • Customer support is fantastic. Love being able to schedule posts in advance.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes its hard to find some things i have already seen before and am looking or again.
  • There is no foreseeable way to download content onto an iPad Pro. Several of our clients are now using the iPad Pro and are struggling to use Bloomfire on their devices.

  • I like the ability to push out email notifications and customization of multiple pages. We use the news feature the most on our pages.
  • Ease of use, modular, integrations with other systems (e.g. AD).
  • Cons

  • Inability to upgrade ourselves therefore cost is high each time a new version is released. Mandatory training hours is also an issue.
  • They drop the ball until you cc someone in the States. As soon as you stop cc'ing them, they stop trying.
