Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This app is so easy to use and customer support is awesome. Training is quick and easy too. The customization is a plus!

  • Love the universal inbox. Allows me to view and respond to customer inquires. Best of all, it's all in one easy to use place.

  • Cons

  • When I access this on my phone, it gets crashed. I experienced it only thrice. But now it runs smoothly

  • Resolving many emails at once can be slow and every once in a while forwarding doesn't work, but these are usually quickly resolved!

  • Pros

  • Stable and development path well mapped out, easy to use and mobile responsive

  • Great for keeping up to date with your business and keeping in the loop with what is going on around you.

  • Cons

  • Now that we have been using it for a while there are little suggestions we make but the ID team do listen to us and take our feedback on board for future upgrades

  • Ease of update could be better as well design look and feel changes. Collaboration and sharing with mobile device users is a promising development that will enhance intranet's purpose.
