Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This app is so easy to use and customer support is awesome. Training is quick and easy too. The customization is a plus!

  • Love the universal inbox. Allows me to view and respond to customer inquires. Best of all, it's all in one easy to use place.

  • Cons

  • When I access this on my phone, it gets crashed. I experienced it only thrice. But now it runs smoothly

  • Resolving many emails at once can be slow and every once in a while forwarding doesn't work, but these are usually quickly resolved!

  • Pros

  • A one-stop destination for the entire team. Easy to learn and allows us to customize every bit of the page. A super responsive and excellent support team! Love working with them.

  • It is really easy to use and the support that you receive after the sale is top notch!

  • Cons

  • While there is A LOT you can customize and make your own, there are some things that cannot be changed/altered and it can be frustrating. There are definitely ways to work around it though!

  • There are different size computer monitors and it isn't compatible with all the screens, it just looks ugly, but still serves its purpose.
