Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Ease of use, modular, integrations with other systems (e.g. AD).

  • Easy to use and good workflow software. News feeds good too. Does not require too much server based work, the latest version is really good in that documents can be loaded at the front end.

  • Cons

  • High cost of support and maintenance. Their upgrades often sound like sales-driven pitches. There aren't much benefits as a long term customer.

  • Can be a bit slow to load and notifications can be temperamental. Previous versions required a large number of administrators.

  • Pros

  • The software is very user friendly and very easy to use, even for older users. And the support is excellent.

  • I love the ease of access and it is so user friendly.

  • Cons

  • The approval function needs a little tweaking, at least from our perspective, but the overall voting piece is very easy to use.

  • SO far nothing yet. The platform is easy to use. The help function could be a little more helpful - I would like to search for a word and get all results rather than a manual.
