Easy to create different content for different GROUPS of audiences. Helps to bring together different functionalities (e.g. top down messages and communities) in the same place.

GSuite integration, ease of use and set up. Overall functionalities.

Maybe it's a cultural thing, but I am frustrated with their customer service and turnaround time for a ticket.

I also love the permissions features. Managing content is also a breeze with the permissions workflow and the timing features on content are wonderful.

We can have a social media internally, as not everyone in organization connected in their personal social media like facebook/linkedin. Plus, we can integrate our g suite directly with Lumapps.

Lumapps reminds me a lot of Facebook in its design and some functions. I as a user am used to (or spoiled with) the speed and power in Facebook,  which Lumapps lack.

Love making and migrating our sites to lumapps pages. They are more user friendly and helpful.

As an administrator, I love how easy it is for end-users to use and navigate.

The engineering team is good and they listen to customers needs and do their best to act upon them.

It helps easily and fast distribute company information and the directory feature is nice and useful.

A few confusing features and somewhat limited in the UX.

Collaborative work is possible with this system, something very important in companies, and also has a nice image and potential uses.

The editor is horrible, the search is useless, It doesn't autoscale to your resolution, support is non-existent, you cannot tag groups or individuals on posts. MySpace would be an upgrade over this.

They have been a great company to work with, and the product just works, always. In the rare case that there's an issue, the support team at Lumapps is awesome.

But the implementation consulting firm you forced us into was horrible, disappointing and they are just plain bad at their jobs.

In our case, we have 7 UA codes and 2 GTM codes on Lumapps and the technicians don't know where they come from. The analytics from Lumapps is also really poor.

Cost effective solution with lots of features and very helpful support and development team.

Sometimes, the interface seems clunky. Groups/Projects are a little confusing and overlap.

What I like most about this software is the opportunities it creates to sync together our distanced community.

I also love the ability to create a link, for both internal and external individuals, to share documents and other data with.

You can have a history of chat and then suddenly it will all disappear never to return. I am talking about the small pop up boxes and not from internet explorer itself.

The system is great for being able to give your company's personal look and ease of imputing information.

There are no features I can see that need to be added to this software application.

General ease of use for IM and some fun aspects included in messaging. I am still working on figuring out some of the medium to finer ins and outs of the application.

The IM system is generally easy to manage and has some fun aspects. Seems to have a ton of good features, I am still working on effectively using them all.

I love the ability to see documents and policies by specific departments and to have quick access to different integrated services.

Document storage is great for international businesses, the ease of being able to transfer documents between countries securely is a big thing for me.

I found the ease of adding and removing guest users for seasonal employees, with low pricing very attractive points.

Great third party tool that seamlessly does what you wanted to do.

I have issues with the tasking app, and have trouble easily completing and deleting tasks. It seems difficult to use.

I also like how customizable the site can be. Multiple integrations with tools we already use.

I like that it is an online sharing board. I like to feel connected to others with my similar position and ideas around the world.

Great, while the team is using and feeding the system with contents, this tool will be a great part of your organization.
