You just spend your weeks, waiting in a queue for an answer to be partially answered via email. I am very frustrated with this software at the moment.

Izenda is one of the best tools when it comes to customizing reports for business users. The design layout is easy to understand and very user friendly.

Great analytics internally and it helps me big time to sell to decisions makers.

Because of Izenda's seamless integration, our customers have a powerful BI tool at their disposal that looks like a natural extension to our product.

I find that very time consuming and frustrating.

I have now had Exago software for about 2 years and am greatly impressed with its flexibility, ease of use, ease of integration, and most of all technical support.

LOGI has a great support team. They have been helpful in developing and deploying several web applications.

Their pricing is a major benefit. You just need to pay one time for their product.

Logs and UI prompted error messages are way too vague. Support team isn't savvy enough of their product.

Relatively easy to use, customization, speed, ability to embed, looks great.

Ease of developing and deployment to 10000 users with fantastic ui.

Limited implementation options when looking at embedding Logi into our application.

Logi has been a great tool for the success of my company. Logi has changed quite a bit over the 10 years I've worked with the product.

Exago is an excellent tool with great value for money.

We're just getting started but Exago seems to be easy to integrate and use, it should be a huge improvement for our users. Also, the Exago team seems extremely helpful and easy to work with.

The team at Izenda has be great to work with and our  users and customers are ecstatic.

Pricing is seen as its one of the major limitations. Beginner's are expected to face problems in understanding the interface of this software.

It's not easy to use, but is very to implement and start to collect information. I miss some function to predict the user behaviour, because this we need to use another tool together.

The experience has been great. Although, I requested a refund once and it took a while.

Mixpanel does not document the whole protocol and this is VERY inconvenient when server-side events are to be implemented, or your application requires proxifiying to work around adblockers.

It's really easy to use and the Segment integration makes it an amazing analytics solution.

Segment integration, Open API, good campaign tracking , funnel reporting and great user reporting aswell.

Overall this product was easy to integrate and use, but ultimately did not provide the level of detail needed to run a successful data-driven business.

We have been tracking user events and Mixpanel has proved a great ally for that.

Mixpanels helps to analyze the customer's activities over time when they visit the web application , along with this it also helps to understand the customer's behavior.

Configuration and integration seem to be a bit painful. Lots of boilerplate code especially if you want to track different screens, features or even app events to other platforms.

Great overall experience on the setup and tracking of information.

The new UI is really nice (visually), I love how graphs look like. Mobile app is super snappy.

It's easy to use yet can become a very powerful tool to help understand metrics of web applications and behaviors of users.

Reports can be hard to create and really depend on proper input, I regularly have to sort through dirty data (wrong email, etc.) to massage it can get a more accurate report.

I liked that it was very intuitive to use. For example creating dashboards, product analysis (both web and mobile) and making funnels is very easy.

A few features are difficult to setup. Drip campaigns require a learning curve.

It's also a very difficult product to use and requires extensive training to get the most out of it - even for a user that wants to access basic reports.

The easiness to track information and the possibility to analyse it based on segments teams was great. The customer support has always been active and answered fast.

It was a great product we use it on daily bases to track the user activity on our site and based on the research we plan our future goals.

It is highly useful for those products which are based on customer service over web like hotel bookings, resume creation, etc.

I always liked the simplicity of Mixpanel and the level of support & document available to make the entire integration fast & smooth.

I especially helps us in customer acquisition, activation, retention,  but also in revenue and referral activities.
