Robohead is very user friendly. It is a great tool to keep track of work, with many other benefits, like reporting tools.

One of the best overall customer services experiences I have had with any company. Extremely responsive and always willing to help.

RoboHead is a fantastic tool and I love how much of the power is in my own hands to customize it to fit the needs of our Creative department and our larger business needs.

Robohead has made some great updates over the past two years. I still find it to be a little clunky and feel that it could be more aesthetically pleasing, but overall it's a good tool.

The visual is a bit dull compared to other project management tools I used before liks Asana.

I like the calendar integration where I can integrate it to my Outlook calendar.

The inability to filter completed projects makes it sometimes hard to find projects in the archives.

I like that there are automation features within the software itself. It's very helpful to be able to set something up on the front end and rarely have to adjust once it gets going.

Customizing Task schedules (adding or removing Tasks and inefficiencies). Having no way to assign delegates for team members during absences.

I like the wide arrange of options RoboHead has. We had been using it for a couple of years and still finding new things we can do with it.

I most like the easy of use and the overall cost of the product is a great value for all the features you receive.

The one thing I think is missing is that you can't connect a task to the actual action to be auto completed.

It's pricing plan is affordable. My biggest kudos go to my account manager - who is always responsive to my needs and the support team who respond immediately.

We have had three meetings in two months to go over how to use this software and every time something goes wrong during the demo.

THREE meetings with all the same people because literally everyone has something go wrong when they submit a project.

My designers won't start work on a project without a Robohead entry. I've used Basecamp - which is a great solution, but Robohead is so easy and accessible and a bargain for the price.

The notes section is a bit cumbersome and difficult to sort through. Filters don't stay in place once you log out.

Great tool for keeping track of several projects with nice reporting functions. Using RoboHead has allowed us to increase on-time delivery.

Also, Agents complain about not being able to log in. I don't know exactly why it's happening, maybe because they have poor reception or bad internet location.

Great task-management software at an affordable price - JIRA is a great solution for a small business.

Jira has been good tool to help us organize and execute our team's work. I'd hope to find more flexibility in views and the like in JIRA, but as it's focus is on software teams I understand.

There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful,  having multiple metrics about the project progress.

Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.

Customer service is outstanding. Great for companies to use as a ticketing system for logging issues, creating tasks and projects etc.

Overall experience is very nice with jira because of it's inclusive price & good features.

I love the integration with bitbucket because I can relate commits, pull requests and branches to an amount os cards on Jira, what is great for maintenability as well as for management.

Its configuration is a little confusing. As for use, in the beginning user is somewhat lost due to many fields and features of the tool.

I like having the ability to “tag” other colleagues until tickets and messages. I also like the integration ability with some of our other tools.

Jira was great for what I needed it for; bug reporting. However, as someone who it took a while to learn, I am happy that is all I had to do.

Helps categorize, filter, share issues with great ease. There are so many good features that I love, it's hard to list over a review.

The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.

Also the issue tracking system is awesome. I used other service desk solutions in the past but Jira is best among them.

It's great to have a single place where we can document epics/features/stories/tasks. It's a great integration with third-party tools like Git.
