So easy to set up a project that involves agile thinking and many teams for a big project. I have used it for multiple projects and I always kept myself on track with alll my projects. I can easily set up the scrum teams and create different boards depending on the project I am working. Automation is easily to set up and saves you a ton of time. Definitely recommend it!

The thing I liked most about JIRA was it's focus on supporting software development protocols (as a software business).

However, the system is clearly not meant for general project management, especially outside of software development, so there are probably better options.

My overall experience with Jira is very nice. I like it a lot.

I used Jira daily for various purposes such as project management, collaboration of team, Incident management, etc.. I likes it a lot. It is easy to implement and easy to use.

I don't think there are any cons in this tool as of now.
