I don't like the lack of customization. Also, i hate that you can not put a folder into a folder.

Some features in this apps on some devices are located differently, which can be confusing at times.

No real problems other than lack of usage due to feeling a bit burdened by having to maintain two separate task management systems.

It has been a lifesaver in terms of its use. Due to the length of use in our business, it hasn't been to our benefit to switching to a different platform with all our history of notes.

Amazing collaborative workspace to work on docs with multiple people. Pricing isn't cheap, but it's fair and comparable to other platforms.

Great product,  ease of use, affordable. Does everything we need that the larger doc management programs do at a fraction of the cost.

The new re-write (v10) is awful, and forced me to revert to v6. Searching for a new alternative while v6 still works.

I have not reached out to customer service so I would not know how to rate that. It is overall an OK software.

Don't offer a read-only mode, to prevent users from accidentally change the content.

This is the best app for taking notes and keeping on track all my life. Very friendly interface and easy to use.

It is easy to use and very it has a very clean user interface. The hint and helps also are very useful.

The application integration is excellent, I can use it in many devices. The application interface is very good and quite intuitive.

Just some minor UX hiccups here and there, but insignificant enough that they don’t hinder using the product.

It integrates terribly with other software, and I found it to have the same fate as paper notebooks - dusty and lost, un-used.

Still there's no undo button, which makes it scary sometime hen you accidentally erase you have been going through.

Evernote Business is an amazing, note-taking, multi-platform software for businesses because of their best in class collaborative features, clean and minimalistic design, perfect sync, and much more.

This application also using quite large of my phone RAM as it will keep lagging and crash when i am using it more than one hour.

Project Insight is easy to use application and have a very clean look and feel. It is easy to manage your projects and assign the related tasks.

I had never deployed a Program Management Tool and this was a very aggressive schedule.

The app is useless to us. We use it in a way that the app doesn't really apply.

Exporting data can be a mess. Price might be high for the market target of this software.

Can be integrated with other applications like QuickBooks, salesforce and a few others. All reports are easily customizable and you can always change the default as you deem appropriate.

In terms of price is it probably in the mid range so it is suitable for established small to mid size organization. Training and support are easy to get online.

Despite having a variety of functions, Project Insight does not have as many features as some of its rivals. Users who need a more complete project management solution may have a problem with this.

There is tons of help when you are getting started. This software makes collaboration simple and fun.

The statistics charts look really good and help to understand the status. Reporting through Gantt charts helps further understanding the statistics and make this system look good.

We have been using project insight for nearly 3 years now, where the support has been excellent.

It had great potential to integrate with other existing products our business was running, and created excellent, granular reports.

Easy to use PM software that allows getting sufficient details about the project in order to help you manage it better.

I wanted a tool that users would find easy to understand and have a similar look and feel to transition to.

Unfortunately the price was put of our range, and was a little too expensive considering we weren't in a position at the time, to fully utilise every aspect of the product.

This tool enhanced the way we tackle projects and gave us a better visibility the total hours associated to each project. We are very pleased with the ease of use and the team providing support.

This is great software for Project Managers that supports PMBOK.

Once I submit my Time entry worksheet to my manager, it becomes really difficult to correct the mistakes in the submitted sheet.

Mobile app is difficult to track time and hours.

The title page when in a task seems to cut off the complete information if it is tool long, you need to go back to the dashboard to see the complete information.

Entire team brought up to speed very quickly on the use of PI. Permissions are a bit tricky so pay close attention to this in the training.

Customer support has been great, with feedback or responses immediate or less than an hour in off-peak times.

This tool had great detail in creation of the tickets or jobs. I liked the customizable fields and the ability to upload videos or images.

This product provides what we need as it relates to budget management of projects, dashboards, resource allocation and the ability to schedule.
