We were able to convert a process that was completely paper-based to the 6storage software very easily especially with the great support provided by the 6storage team.

Automatic reminders for mail and SMS lack full customization. No easy way to set up reminders based on triggers.

I would also like gate access to be integrated and revoked when I tenant is late. 6Storage has helped me reach some of these goals, and we are working together to accomplish them all.

Revenue reports groups the revenue by Buildings and Payment Dates, which is confusing for us when we try to reconcile when we make a deposit.

Overall a safe and good partner in the self storage business.

One of my few gripes is that the SMS messages are not truly two way.

A very good customer portal makes the rental process smooth for the customer, and makes the whole process  fully automatic. Good pricing and great support.

Besides the wonderful user friendly software the support has been unbelievable.

The fact that an inconsiderate customer can call on a Sunday evening for example to pay their invoice means I can do this from my home PC and take payment from home at any hour.

Basically, what i like most about this software is that it reduced my overhead costs by 65.

There is nothing that we don't like its a 5 star soft ware.

We have to pay them back and it can be very frustrating for them as they have to wait days for their funds.

We have been using Appfolio since 2011 and along with it's easy of use, it's customer service is amazing.

I love that they are keeping up on the time. It helps to have it at our fingertips no matter what.

NO notifications when an e-mail is unable to send.

I've overall enjoyed this system and surely don't know all the cool things it does. I appreciate any education on how to better leverage the tools it offers and how to do things more efficiently.

The accounting side can get confusing at times when there is a problem and we need to trouble shoot to find the solution.

This program may be able to take you to the moon and back but if support is garbage, then the software is worthless for the user.

Integration with other software has been a challenge. Marketing reports are not as detailed as a result and that is a problem with larger properties where marketing data is entered by many.
