We have to pay them back and it can be very frustrating for them as they have to wait days for their funds.

We have been using Appfolio since 2011 and along with it's easy of use, it's customer service is amazing.

I love that they are keeping up on the time. It helps to have it at our fingertips no matter what.

I've overall enjoyed this system and surely don't know all the cool things it does. I appreciate any education on how to better leverage the tools it offers and how to do things more efficiently.

The accounting side can get confusing at times when there is a problem and we need to trouble shoot to find the solution.

It really helps keep everything in one place, organized and accurate. I love that they are always improving by upgrading or adding new features.

This causes havoc for us as some tenants with due dates other than the 1st get charged twice in the longer months.

I love how simple this system is to use. The text message abilities are great and probably the most used feature for us.

I like the easiness of the software. The pricing is affordable, and the reports are easily accessible.

When there is a problem and I need to speak with someone, due to lack of video instructions, it is nearly impossible to do so.

I also like that every tenant I have now pays online where I never have to process a check or money order, so collecting rent each month is easy. It is a great system to use.

Our owner loves the ease with which we can give him reports and answer his questions on costs etc all the way down to the individual door level.

This program may be able to take you to the moon and back but if support is garbage, then the software is worthless for the user.

It has so many great features, especially integration with the tenants. We can do electronic leasing.

They are super friendly and always willing to help. The yearly customer conferences are great.

This is a very easy software to learn. Finding the information you need quickly is one of the best features to help with efficiencies in every job.

Integration with other software has been a challenge. Marketing reports are not as detailed as a result and that is a problem with larger properties where marketing data is entered by many.

The customer service is amazing. I am always called back usually the same day and they email information to help solve an issue prior to calling you.

The on boarding was great. The service I have had while we have had Appfolio has been top notch.

Overall, I love the product and when I can get the assistance I need I am very happy. We aren't a huge company but we manage close to 300 doors, so we are respectable.

There are management level approvals that are in place before a check is issued which would eliminate fraudulent activity from happening.

The ability to easily put tenants in direct contact with contractors for all sorts of minor issues whilst maintaining control of spening & work done.

Arthur is an excellent and easy to use property management system and has helped us grow from 5 to over 100 properties. We would like to see it integrated with our STAAH channel management software.

I have had a couple of times where I have forgotten how to access certain features (like tenancy documents) and their customer support is exceptional.

It is easy to use, and their support team are very quick to respond.

This has eliminated our need to speak to tenants frequently and they find it good as they can raise issues without feeling like a nuisance.

Managing our rental properties. Good and convenient but could be made easier to use.

I find the financials a little difficult to use.

Fantastic team always answer the phone and helpful. Navigating through a complete upload of software was a big issue for us and glad we were helped.

They also take on board any advice you may have to help improve the product which is always nice.

Lack of integration with our STAAH channel management software. Statement formatting and printing using the new templates is more complex than the old system.

The different tabs on the side are easy to navigate and work around. The tasks are used daily for tenants to report maintenance and this  works well.

Easy to use and well suited to HMOs. Dashboard is great for overview of properties.

More features than any other I have tried and really easy to use.

Great for onboarding new tenants. For example the Facebook integration makes it easier to bring in tenants and onboard them.

Love how when you book a viewing, its quick and easy to notify the tenants.

The property owner statements are confusing for our landlords to understand.

I know we are a demanding client of theirs but they are fantastic to work with.

The customer service is fantastic, and we are so lucky to be on board with Arthur. There are teething issues of course, but the speed they get resolved is great.

It appears that they have bugs in the system on regular basis which has seriously affected our business. It has been very slow in refreshing each page on a daily basis in a week in a row.
