Realpage has a pretty simple user interface, with tons of ways to get all of the information you need at a glance.

The thing I like the most about OneSite is how user friendly and easy it is to use. I have used at least 3 other property management softwares and none are as easy to use.

The dashboard will go over new lease rents, revenue, and revenue trends in an easily digestible visual graphs and charts.

Real Page for Property Management is a great tool for managing your community. It is easy to locate and pull the reports you need, as well as manage prospective residents and current residents.

This software is a great product for contacting and managing leads it is also helpful In managing rental pricing and competitor rents.

It helps that you are given the names of prospects for follow up. Maintenance orders were easy to put in.

I've been disappointed with the software for what we are using this for.

This feature is also helpful for us when posting late fees and entering multiple invoices at once. This by far was one of my favorite features that really saved us a lot of time.

Unless it's exported as csv, you have a horrible format you have to deal with in excel.

I like using this program and having leads and prospects be filtered in one place.

Great user interface and the technical support line is probably the best of any software I've ever used.

There is no way to merge accounts, and each account has SEPARATE 'prospect' and 'applicant/resident' portion. Follow ups are confusing and counter-intuitive.

If the software is down or is not updating with our other systems such as yardi. It can cause confusion between the pricing.

Switched to Entrata after learning what was missing.

Reports were generally accurate and clea and easy to generate. Resident management and ledgers were easy to follow and train.

This software truly allows you to do your daily necessities with ease.

Worst software platform ever. After months and months of software glitches, support kept sending it back to development for fixes.

Pricing plans are limited for enterprise and basic customers and they are pricy for the services that includes. Steer the market on domain registration.

You couldn't use multiple tabs which made some projects very difficult and time-consuming.

This interface is super user friendly. This software makes it easy for any Property Manager to complete simple daily tasks from one resource.

The integration for everything is perfect. I am a super user on onesite and have loved learning the ins and outs.

If your housing staff does a bad job keeping it organized, it can be a pretty frustrating system.

If you make a mistake sometimes, it will be a little difficult to change it. And update information is not easy.

The reports are professional looking and easy to run. Support is very helpful on the rare occasion that we need them.

The reports are clear and easy to read, plus being able to create customized reports is a huge asset.

I am able to utilize and convert them to excel sheets or PDF's to use the information integrated with other reports that I produce.

It is wonderful to be able to click on a transaction directly from a report to few the GL coding and description.

The cherry on the cake: Your support fees get you nothing but excuses and the offer to charge you more to learn what the failed to teach in training.

You will get some errors in some time. I sometimes know about all the software being spoiled with Skilin, you need a full time person to deal with errors.

They are quick to respond and very helpful. Like the fact that we can call tech support and they can connect remotely to help figure your issue.

Great integration of Property Information with Operating Results.

Overall, I am happy with Skyline. It has it's quirks, but then all of the property management solutions have them.

Great value and basic accounting functionality, ability to do custom reports with Cumulus (Excel add-on) and Crystal Reporting.

Skyline offers excellent technical support and had recommended one expert to us whom we are still using to-date. We are very happy customers.

Recommended set up result in numerous general ledger errors which was extremely time consuming to remedy. Still uncomfortable with its proper operation.

What I like most about the product is the customer sevice.

We've been using it for over 20 years and I've been using it for over 14 years. It's continued to improve and we've been happy with the changes made.

Today I was forced to make a one sided entry in order to balance the books. In the last two years, we have thrown money towards fixing a problem and it is still not fixed.

The price point relative to competing platforms is also quite low. It is a great system for companies with simple needs.

Ease of entry on the data entry screens and the ease in running of most reports.

Overall after years of using the software I stand firm on the customer service I receive when I have problems.

Within a year I was able to operate the database on my own. I still call once in awhile if I have questions, or need help.

I enjoy coming to work and working in the Skyline Database, its fun and easy to use.

The price point, in comparison to other property management software on the market, is also a huge plus.
