You know what they say, there's always room for improvement. Overall it is a big time saver being able to have tenants pay electronically, saves making a trip to the bank as well.
PROSThe ability for tenants to submit payments electronically.
CONSI would like to see the reports more user friendly, easier to navigate. They're not cumbersome, but not necessarily easy to get/find what I'm looking for either.

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT SMALL BUSINESS. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.
PROSWAS TOLD IT CAME WITH WEBSITE I PURCHASED, HAD NO OTHER OPTIONS
CONSHAVE OVER $15K WORTH OF DEPOSITS THEY NEVER SENT TO MY ACCOUNT. SAID THEY HAVE A ERROR IN THERE SYSTEM. 3 WEEKS LATER NOBODY WILL GIVE US A ANSWER.

It has wasted time, money and effort. Terribly bad!
PROSWe used this service in the past for payment processing.
CONSCustomer service - we no longer use this payment processing and when we asked to cancel they told us it was 180 days to cancel or over $1,000 for a $19/month service. We gave our 180 days notice in writing, but 2 months later, they are saying we did not, even though we have proof via email. Every time we tried to call, there is no answer, so all we can do is email them.
