monday.com vs Smartsheet

Some menus are a bit buried and hard to find. Not always the speediest of things to use. Bit otherwise it's tops:)

I like almost everything...the only pain point has been notifications. They are a little hard to configure in a useful way and I get too many of them for boards that I own.

This would be a minor complaint given the features mentioned above, but the interface is somewhat clunky. However, the product serves its purpose well.

1. As its cloud-based, it may sometimes be showing slow and stop working 2. Recovery time is a little bit slow rather than the market competitor. 3. Customer service are good but so friendly.
