Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Very powerful dashboard. The integration capability is powerful, and easy to set up.
  • It's almost an all-in-one product, but at a much more accessible price. For the most part, the product is easy to use and I like how you can setup automations in an intuitive way.
  • Cons

  • In January of 2021, they charged me again for my annual subscription. I called them back and the guy tells me at first that there are no refunds.
  • The regular package should have been less cheaper in my opinion. Otherwise, I find no negative remarks as such.

  • Pros

  • Ease of client installations, server configuration, general use of product and success of sending/displaying messages to the clients.
  • Low resource demands, easily integrate into Active Directory. Great tool for getting important notifications right in front of staff when you need to.
  • Cons

  • No working/notification of message character limit - we have created messages and sent them to then only see that the entire message is not displayed.
  • We are running into some issues with NSS v11.2 and McAfee anti virus. It appears that some of the dlls are not signed.
