Not being able to use outlook through Firefish , it difficult to keep up on the communication when you can't keep a long thread of emails.

They supported us and did everything they could to accommodate our requirements, we didn't just feel like a number to them.

The interface is very easy to use and I'm pleased to say very logical. It allows a seamless flow between access to the files and doesn't have that clunky feel that so may CRM have.

I like the layout, it is easy to navigate around. Amazing customer service, things get sorted straight away.

Even with tweaking, emails from the system look different from our outlook mails. Some of the templates are quite poor and take quite a bit of tweaking.

Easy to set up and use, excellent value for money, and the online suggestions are brilliant and actually result in things being done.

Its very easy to use, its customisation and the support we have had so far means it is the perfect solution  for our company.

Reviewing candidate CVs used to be a bit of a pain but an update rectified this where you can now simply hover over the candidate and get a CV preview.

The only downside is not being able to customise some terminology for internal use but this is not a major issue.

I would have to say errors that I can't wrap my mind around. For example, some people get the Application submitted e-mail and some don't.

The dashboards are pretty easy to understand and use, I like the column metrics which show the open, click and reply rate for each campaign.

It is easy and innovative when filling a vacancy with the best applicant, we can find multiple candidates with profiles according to our needs, keeping them in a database.

The best thing is ability to communicate with candidates and with your coworkers that are in the selection processes directly from the platform.

The supporting team is very helpful with good ideas. We can change our career page, which is very important if you have lots of employer branding events.

It is very userfriendly and it is very easy to create integrations with other platforms.

Customer support is excellent, although almost not necessary since it is really easy to use. Highly recommended to anyone that wants more quicker, easier and more intuitive approach to recruitment.

I like it's simplicity, I can track each candidate and I can share it with my collages. I like value for money - you get some much more that you expect.

Easy to use and to share to Social Media, great customer support team, simplicity of the product. The best thing is that everything in one place and is very easy to collaborate with colleges.

User experience design is the only downside of the software. It took me a while to find my way around the application.

The tools for curriculum analysis that talentlyft brings are varied and very precise. He has a good job application management system, and works with a good job interview manager.

Your customer support is excellent, they have always given me their help and solutions.

The ATS is well designed, well-engineered and works perfectly for every aspect of the business requirements and the team is excellent. On top of those, it is cost-effective.

We recommend it primarily to hiring companies, since it will undoubtedly be of great help to carry out a much more advanced management of job interviews.

The carrer page is a little bit difficult to set up if you are not a developer or you do not have one.

Sometimes it gets slower but I guess its maybe due to server or network problem.

I love the career sites and how easy it is to share to Social Media.

All candidates information and dates in one place, all communication with candidates enabled in the software, recorded communication with candidates, export in excel, integration with career page.

Whenever we had some questions, your customer support team was always ready to help.
