Excellent tool
I am having very big difficulties to find candidates and it is much easire to handle selection for multiple departments.
PROSCandiate tracking and the possibility to see candidates history.
CONSThe carrer page is a little bit difficult to set up if you are not a developer or you do not have one.

Hi Iviana, Thanks for your review, it is very much appreciated. Our career site can easily be set up when you want to use the default values we have defined, however for those of our Clients that want additional features, we have introduced the Custom CSS codes option, so yes, one would need a developer's help for those codes (although they are extremely easy to implement). I suggest you try promoting your jobs more, using our integrations to job boards, to get more candidates. Happy hiring! :)

We are managing the complete hiring lifecycle and have multiple teams collaborating.
PROSEase of use and quick and simple collaboration with the rest of the team (f.e. developers)
CONSNothing to point out. Maybe it can sometimes be glitchy but that is very rare, so not worth of mention
Reason for choosing TalentLyft
It was a better fit for our needs and a Croatian product, which is always nice (supporting local products).

Good for companies with 100 or less employees
Talentlyft is a good product overall to organizations which have less headcount, we had to go ahead with other ATS because we had different requirements which were absent in Talentlyft.
PROSThe interface and UI is good The career page is good and made very friendly The customization is easy Shortlisting candidates based on certain keywords
CONSThe software has very few integrations for both video interviews and assessment tests The candidate information is slot can be improve The automation emails can be more elaborative and increased

The pricing seems to be very reasonable compared to other platforms and the business model is based on the number of JOB slots, not the headcount
Reasons for switching to TalentLyft
Keka is slow and very less in features, so we had to switch to Talentlyft
