Really awesome experience so far in the set up of our referral program.

The number of functionalities and ability to capture data a different part of the funnel. The customer service is impeccable.

The tool was actually quite easy to set up - I like the flexibility of options it provides, especially for rewards.

Also, the analytics found in the dashboard are a very nice touch that gives the user a quick snapshot at the health of the referral program.

I'd have to say the best part of the experience is how helpful Mica, our on-boarding/brilliant rep, is. He is helpful at all hours, via phone or email, and its made all the difference.

Without the customer support I never would have been able to get it up and running.

The UI is a bit confusing in an unnecessary fashion.

The Referral Rock platform is a simple off the shelf solution for a referral program. It easily integrated into Salesforce and we were able to reskin the entire platform in our branding.

Building the pages can be difficult. There isn't much you can do with the design unless you know HTML and are able to create something.

Customer Service has been beyond my wildest dreams.

Our overall experience has been amazing, from the moment that we indicated we were interested in the platform we have pleasantly surprised by the platform and the customer service.

It is hard to say what I like the best as we just started REALLY using it. What I have liked the best so far is that the team really wanted to get it up, running and working for me.

Very positive when we made it a priority for our company. The software ran on its own for quite a while without us doing much.

This was due in large part to our account manager Representative was always quick to respond and helpful in thinking outside the box about how we could get to the desired results.

One of the best things about Referral Rock is that it has a 'seamless' integration with your company's website. Which meant our referral program was built to have a real professional look.

The only con would be their reporting  its limited.

I have worked with many platforms with customer service centres outside of Australia and this is the best experience we have ever experienced.

Tapfiliate certainly worth trying, there are still some caveats but they do change every month to the better. It was a huge pain to integrate with tapfiliate few years ago.

However they did a great job and now it is quite a mature product.

It’s very easy to add new affiliates, approve signups, and monitor payments. The customer support and resources are also helpful.

It's a good tool, does what it has to do for a good price, but a UX designer could improve a lot on it. Sometimes I stumble upon odd icons that mean something very different from what they do.

As well as the ability to put a tracking code on the affiliate on the website.it amazing and great.

The software is suuuuuper easy to use and anything that cannot be initially located, can be found in their abundance of helpful articles. The system is very intuitive.

Also, nothing to download as it's a hosted solution, which is great. And for you techies out there, you'll love the flexibility with possible API integrations, etc.
