Pros/Cons

Pros
Great product and easy to use. There was no need to have over complicated software installations or additional steps needed. Very straight forward when using the product. Mobile support was great.
It was very easy to get used to this software and it helps a lot for secured support. I recommend it!

Cons
I think that the product is very good and works well in our organization but the price is too high.
The software is somewhat difficult to configure. The sysadmin training is fantastic, so a very minor quip.

Easy to use and very easy to navigate when looking for screens
Easy to install and manage. I enjoy all of the options available though I dont use many of them. Lauching and connecting is fast.

Cons
The web interface is great, but the mobile app could use some work.
Customization/branding is a little tedious, but still achievable.
