  • Pros

  • Easy of use and reliability. I have not needed customer support a product works well.
  • Connection is easy and clear. Anytime I have contacted customer service, they were very quick to respond and resolve my issues -- which were usually computer related on our end.
  • Cons

  • If I accidentally shut my computer down before leaving the office, I am unable to access my files, which can be a headache.
  • It's still web based so at times the lag can be unbearable, but this comes with the territory.

  • It is a great tool for remote support, the price point is very good, many features of more expensive packages.
  • The software is easy to use but if you need customer support is superb.
  • Cons

  • The performance is poor and it suffers of latency compared to other software under the same conditions.
  • The biggest current drawback (and distinction from Teamviewer) is the lack of a VPN function in Zoho.
