I use Cision on a daily basis to reach out to the media with brand press releases. It is reliable and very user friendly.

The ability to live track press releases is a huge deal and presented in a clean easy to use dashboard.

We save research time and can build a contact list with ease.

I found that it was too difficult and awkward to use effectively, it took ages to produce lists and filtering them was complicated.

It has always been 'on top of things. I always felt it was innovative and did a good job of gathering media data.

The PR is not always up to date and can be limited once you start to drill down.

I've always found the customer service there to be incredibly friendly and helpful.

Easy to use and help booming your business. But i think function could be more.

The ease of use is incredible. The dashboard is very easy to navigate and make changes that will help your business.

It works best when I'm responding to reviews and using the social boost features to take advantage of all the great reviews that we're receiving.

It functions easily on its own once it has been set up and maintenance is not too complicated. Their customer service team is also great.

We purchased this mainly for the loyalty program. It is great to offer our customers a point/loyalty system.

The product is clean, used widely among major e-commerce sites and their customer service is absolutely outstanding.

Very good service and offer a lot for the free version. I am now paying for some of the more advanced features.

I have tried the free trial and i think i'm hooked. They really streamline everything to help your business look great from reviews to social media integration, they have it all.

Overall, the platform has been pretty great. Our biggest gripe would be in the pricing.
