If you want to manage fast moving and truly agile development projects then this is a clear winner
Agile development Idea - to live Project cost control
PROSI love the ability to be able to break your tasks into the top driven categorization by epic, feature etc, but then view bespoke dashboards by how you are running your dev team.
CONSIt requires a lot of initial setup but i figure this is particularly generic across all agile / scrum work

This tool is good if you are strictly in a windows world
If you are just starting a project this helps set the ground work for many things later however with a mature project introducing this is not an easy task as there is a lot of debt that would be accrued if you do not have proper models of all api's and integrations.
PROSI liked the premise of the modeling and dissection of user stories with the ability to generate the automation for testing.
CONSThat the designer software was not web based but needed to rely more on windows for serving and using for most part would prefer a better hosting integration and either web client or mac and windows clients.

My company went to this from the previous version of Jira. I find this product MUCH more cumbersome, not at all easy to work across scrum teams and has very poor reporting mechanisms. Using this across multiple scrum teams to manage projects and stories, this product is just not simple to use. It requires the cross functional users to be really comfortable with the software. The reports that get generated are very cumbersome to filter and sort, and there is no really good view within a report without a whole lot of manipulation of the data.
