It allows me to manage inventory all in one place. All my pictures, descriptions, pricing (discounted pricing too) are managed through this program. #### Cons When they do major updates, sometimes it’s a learning curve. But once they give you a brief tutorial, you see the improvements made and in turn you become more efficient at work. #### Reasons for choosing BusinessMind The developers are hands on and they constantly want to improve the product for the jewelers. They charge exorbitant amounts for custom programing of common items that should be user defined. They nickel and dime at every juncture. They do updates that remove features and then charge to put them back.
