Envoy Global Retail Manager (GRM) is a back office retail software solution for convenience stores. It integrates with most front-end point of sale systems. Envoy GRM automates daily paperwork and management operations.
The solution includes an inventory pricing book with promotion and reordering capabilities as well as in-depth reporting, customer relationship management (CRM), e-commerce and warehouse management capabilities.
Envoy GRM offers point of sale, merchandise planning, supply chain management and transportation management through partners.
This product is suited for anywhere from one to 100+ stores, and supports multiple languages and currencies. It is available for either on-premise or cloud deployment. On-premise has a per store cost that varies depending on license type (starter, mid-range and enterprise).
For cloud deployment, Envoy has a monthly subscription cost per site, which also varies based on license type. Envoy GRM is supported on Windows operating systems and all other OS via VMWare.
