It is terrible that if a bartender adds drinks to a ticket, the ticket gets switched to the bartender's ticket.

After being told I could use this in Canada and charge different tax rates in different provinces, and after 4 weeks of terrible support I was told it cannot be used in Canada.

This software did not over burden me with things I did not need. Customization made it a good fit for my business, plus its very easy to use.

So every size and color is setup as an individual item which is disappointing as we have changing stock constantly in the industry.

Front office is easy to use, simple. Discounts are easy to apply.

We do think that this company was better than a lot of other options out there and for somebody else it could be better suited than it was for us.

Customer service is horrible. Their hardware is always acting up and you have to reboot and unplug the units to try to fix new equipment.

It is pretty much 24/7 and the customer service dept is helpful and understanding of the clients, walking me step-by-step through any problems/questions I encounter.

Now our bartender has to keep paper tabs for customers and give them to the servers so that the tickets don't get switched. The worst is the almost non-existent customer service.

Wait times are often ridiculous. And they are not timely with replies at all.

It will run many reports that are helpful. The connection to a mobile phone is great because you can do almost anything from the mobile phone that you can do from the desktop.

TOAST is actually one of the worst POS systems you can use. I have been a restaurant industry veteran on the owner's side for over a decade.

It was seamless it integrate our products onto the software prior to opening. The kitchen display screen is a lifesaver.

For example, sorry, but we are out of this item or here's how we are doing curbside pickup, etc. There is only a teeny, tiny way to notify guests with a small banner atop your page that no one sees.

I've been trying to set up online ordering for weeks now. It's been counting a lot of problems because of the basic lack of customer support.

As a GM, the reporting was user friendly and easy to generate. It was so mainstream and I love that automatic reports I could sent up to send to myself every day.

I like the way the screen looks - it’s visually appealing. Ve only used it briefly at a restaurant as a hostess, but it worked just fine.
