Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I absolutely love this this software. I’ve used it at multiple jobs I’ve had. It’s super easy to navigate and makes our jobs easier.

  • Awesome customer service! The rep is the best!

  • Cons

  • Customer service is mostly good but inconsistent. Pricing is slightly on the high side. I pay about $105 a month.

  • Only complaint is the desktop website, it's a bit messier and harder to use, but they have a great app so it makes up for it.

  • Pros

  • Will fit my needs for my start up clothing boutique nicely! Great reporting! Love the integration abilities to the other hardware.

  • It's fairly simple yet does a lot. Any one who has iPad/smart phone will have no problem learning.!!

  • Cons

  • Integration with some of the equipment can be pretty tedious and hard to up keep (ex. label printer, credit card processing). Customer service response time can be lengthy.

  • Store Credit Customer name is not on receipt/S C amount/balance does not show at time of payment ...
