Pros
- What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.
- Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.
Cons
- I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.
- The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.
Pros
- It's easy to learn, easy to navigate, and user-friendly even on the first try. Customer service is awesome and it's great for the price.
- It also generates multiple graphics and informations for better managing your stores, knowing every information about your products and how they're selling. Is a great tool to have.
Cons
- I struggle with the bluetooth scanners connecting to our store iPads - however this is not a Springboard Retail issue. This is a problem with the hardware & hardware technology.
- Every complaint I have has been addressed - occasionally I will request a feature or a metric (Inventory Turn!) that is not available now - and for the most part I have seen them implemented.
