Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the user interface. It is very clean. I also love the integration with Dispatch Track. Everyone in my company uses this program and absolutely loves it!

  • Flexibility, speed is good, stable, keeps growing

  • Cons

  • There are a few tweaks here and there that could be made, but its minor things that don't affect my everyday use of is.

  • I hate that the program doesn't scale to 4k properly for me and customer service can be a bit busy at times. It's also a bit expensive which might be a turn-off but it is well worth the price!

  • Pros

  • Very easy to use. Lots of features. Great price

  • It is extremely easy to use, I love all the features. I love how I can change the color, ease add services or team members, etc....

  • Cons

  • It is very customizable, but it would be nice if they offered packages for added features instead of paying a la carte.

  • The updates sometimes will not allow you to sign in during a particular timeframe, but other than that- We are super happy with it!
