Great intentions, slow execution
The willingness of resources to make customizations is fantastic. The dashboard is easy to understand, navigate and use.
CONSExecution of promised developments is slow and troubleshooting is lacking. We have had to go back and forth on a single issue for several months and are still waiting on a resolution.

Customer service at Birdeye was terrible and the platform never worked as it should. We were constantly having to redo configuration which would magically disappear.

Rize is okay
It's been alright. Disappointed with not getting new leads.

Great solution for review management.
My overall experience of Rize Reviews is simply good!
PROSRize Reviews is great working management software. The UI works well, I haven't experienced any bugs and has been easy to work with for our team. Rize Reviews gives a free trial which made it possible for our team to see if the software is actually what they're looking for. The pricing is also great, which makes it a great tool for review management, especially for small organisations.
CONSI haven't used Rize Reviews for a long time, within this time I haven't really seen something that I dislike. If I have to say something, it would be that the mobile support of Rize Reviews can be improved.
