Style Palette - Love that the formatting/style components are integrated directly into Word.

The Expedience team is so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I enjoyed the monthly webinars because I don't use Expedience on a regular basis based on our somewhat limited need to create proposals.

The users do fine if they are given a branded template that requires almost no additional content insertion, but they struggle with using the Style Palette ribbon.

Ease of use, ability to store content and graphics in a well-organized way, integrates seamlessly with Word.

I haven't found anything I don't like about this software.

They have been amazing to work with, I always get a quick response when I have a question, and they always leave me better off than before I asked.

Sometimes the styles, page breaks and settings are a bit confusing to someone that may not be proficient in formatting.

This tool is intuitive and because it is mostly/completely based on MS Office functionality, it is future-proof. Especially the customer support is excellent.

I mostly loved that I didn't have to put together a paper response and FedEx it the day before the due date, so it saved me money and time.

We leverage both the issuing and responding, and it's a great central repository to host all your critical sales information with easy access for reps in all situations.

I have to say that the product matches the customer care and they are both amazing for our business.

I created our style on the 360 site, but there was no option for formatting spacing which was a headache to alter.
