Qwilr is a cloud-based sales documentation and request for proposal (RFP) solution. It offers audit trail features, sales and marketing document storage, a content repository and analytics functionalities.

Qwilr features a template library, which allows users to search RFP templates for sales, business and product proposals. Users can also embed multimedia content in proposals such as videos, spreadsheets and surveys.

Sales and marketing management tools help users create price quotes, forward quotes to clients and manage approvals and payments. Analytics features allow users to track content metrics. The solution also enables users to create reports on content performance across sales and marketing divisions. It is compatible with multiple devices, such as tablets and desktops.

Monthly and annual pricing plans are available. Support is offered through an online forum.

This software is the most beautiful, easy to use, money making proposal software that I've found. Before using this, you might create proposals offline in a free software, but they weren't beautiful. Every proposal made with Qwilr will help you effectively communicate why someone should by your product or service. It also makes it super easy for them to sign it electronically. No more printing, signing, scanning. This makes selling easy.

Cons

You are not able to easily change the designs. They give you pre-made templates. This makes it a little difficult to match your brand. Their customer service team is not to fastest to help you.

If my proposal has something deep to convey to the client, Qwilr with its unique structuring and designs makes the proposal carry more than what it meant to be. I have sent project suggestion to our decision maker with a perfectly created document by Qwilr, he was very much impressed and approved all my suggestions quickly. We only need to have the contents ready and everything else will be takes care by Qwilr.

Cons

Nothing as of now as I am still experimenting all the features and it seems there are no cons so far.

Overall, I can't recommend Qwilr enough for anyone creating personalised proposals. It will pay for itself multiple times.

Pros

Creating proposals in Qwilr is very easy and the result always leaves a very good impression with the clients.

Because you are literally creating a website as a proposal for your client, it is guaranteed to set yourself apart from pretty much any other company - I can't tell you how many times people mentioned how impressed they were with our top-notch proposal quality (and how many projects we won because of that).

It's very easy to create proposals both from scratch, as well as to clone old ones and edit them.

Cons

While the templates look good and the colour and fonts can be customised, there are limitations in what you can do with Qwilr. They will be soon releasing a new editor that seems a lot more flexible than before.

A pleasure to use.

Pros

Truly beautiful and simple to use!! This is one of the friendliest contract and document creator out there.
My clients are able to understand and pay all in one place. What is even better is the ability for different team members are able to go in for various sections of the document without it being a huge security risk.

Cons

I wish there were more integrations available. It would move Qwilr from being just a nice doc/contract maker into being part of a really powerful sales pipeline. The other con is the fact that Ican't customize the amount of seats I want to use.

Really great customer service. Easy to use product. Good suggestions for supplemental apps.

Pros

Making a professional looking presentation was a snap with this user friendly software. When I had questions, Jomar was quick to get back to me. I highly recommend trying this product out. You can download the project so that it can be accessed after the free trial if you decide not to purchase.

Cons

The trial period is too short. I would prefer to have a month to test it out.

They should allow to automatically drag and drop images in the project - there is a 3-steps approach to do that now which is pretty annoying

They say first impressions are everything, so this first impression of a proposal performs just that. It's quite honestly the most beautiful way to send a contract to a client.

Pros

Qwilr adds prestige to our company because clients are not expecting to receive a proposal quite so advanced, and downright beautiful.

Cons

Working the platform can be complicated. Search, edits and needing to unpublish then search in archive for your projects to duplicate takes far too much work. I think the platform can be made much more user friendly with a "less is more" approach.

Forget about PowerPoint presentations or templates in Prezi. Once you create a proposal in Qwilr you will never hold back. Professional, smart, very "clean" templates draw your customers attention and give you better chance for conversion. I sent a few offers using Qwilr and they were always appealing to my clients.

It takes a while to get used, get convinced and get to know this tool, however it is worth implementing for a while!

Pros

The UI is wonderful, is easy to undertand and easy to use. The security system is great, i can count a couple of time that i sended a document to the wrong person and with this app taht is so easy to solve, just like delete a message. The fact that i can integrate this app with my analytics and CMR apps is make my life a little more easy

Cons

My team and i haved problems with to understand how to integrate the images correctly, was frustating at first, after taht all good. The price is hig when youlok over other apps with simlar features, but i pay it anyway.

Qwilr is onto something here! Super awesome software. It takes what people hate reading paperwork with a big potential bill (proposal) attached and turns it into valuable marketing content.

Cons

It's... a little awkward to use still. I feel like the software is being actively developed, but it's missing a few key features like multiple signatures, contracts, etc, and is a little clunky putting numbers together.

As a non-designer, I feel like I have some design ability... but I know that's just a combination of great Qwilr UI/UX and giving me the main control I need to make beautiful proposals.

It took around 12 hours to have really polished proposals (about 1 hour to have first draft) out the door with customers. It's allowing us to have a consistent 'feel' from website to meeting to proposal.

Cons

Wish there was a little bit more flexibility to have a 'block' that can have 3 columns of content, rather than just one. It would be good so that we can showcase three major features without having to have a lengthy proposal.

I love how easy it is to setup and make proposals. It allows you to create clean proposals to send out and duplicate when needed.

Cons

I wanted my clients to pay using the software but it was super expensive to go through their processing system. I ended up just creating a link for PayPal that made clients jump to an external page to get it to work but then you are not really using all the capabilities of the software.
