About Synlio


Synlio is a cloud-based request for proposal (RFP) generator and bidding automation tool designed for the needs of users in the real estate industry. The solution helps both property managers and service providers to search and select vendors, send quotations and compare and analyze proposals before sharing them with their customers.

Synlio offers custom pre-built templates to help users create bid proposals from within the application itself. Customers getting proposals can submit their bids electronically via email or through a dedicated customer portal. Bidders can also view and track their bid status from their personal portals.

Synlio offers an AI-based analyzer which enables the system to scan and identify proposals and capture bidding information automatically. Bids can be qualified based on conditions defined by users. The solution then automatically rejects proposals that do not adhere to the terms and conditions of the project. Additionally, it also offers tools for tracking submitter details, tracking follow-up communication and managing response timelines.

Synlio is available on a per user per month subscription basis which includes customer support via phone, email and chat.

We're early adopters of the Synlio RFP product and have been very pleased with the overall product.

Once we had it set up - it has been a huge time saver for our management team. Customer Service has been outstanding as well.

Pros

Our firm regularly generates multiple RFP's on a weekly basis; the ability to customize the questionaire to match our requirements has been a terrific time saver, now that we have our templates built. Also really pleased with the comparison /results grid.

Cons

It was a little tedious to set up with our initial templates, but is a huge time saver for us now. It would also be helpful to incorporate the ability to "share" and Print to PDF final versions of the reports.
