Their customer support team have always been very approachable and enthusiastic to help and work through any challenges you are having. This is by far the most intuitive H&S system that I have used.

The system was fairly easy to manage with great support for the team and easy to understand.

The real-time reporting and ease of navigation around the system really helped in engaging team members across all of the Business.

The customer support team are always keen to help improve the system for the business, provide support wherever needed and really bring value add to the product.

The only thing from my point of view that I had difficulty with was knowing what I wanted to enter in and couldn't find the right category or title for the data to be entered under.

Because of the global nature of the business, language functionality is limited at this time and a key need for the business.

Text fields are limited and style, font and highlighting or coloring text is not an option.

Cellphone app was having issues uploading photos when added to an audit report/ event. Would stall and refuse to complete the upload.

N/a - the is very little I dislike about this software.

Great i have been involved in a number of implementation's  of safety systems in my career and yours is by far the easiest and most well received from the business.

The system is also very easy to use even for non tech savvy people.

Reporting, and the ability to create dashboards for each register. This is very helpful with a large organisation with lots of people and locations.

Some of the dashboard fields can be misleading - e.g. events in last month is not the last 30 days but the events that have occurred since the start of the month so if it's inconsistent.

I like the fact that the interface is easy to navigate and made deployment across our sites easy. The system enables us to monitor and manage safety related incidents from anywhere and at any time.

Great experience after I had received the initial training.

All the information was straight forward and most of it was a selecting answer out of options instead of writing text which was the best part.

The software is very user friendly and easy to use. It makes the determination of current and ongoing risk easier.

But what impressed me the most is the ability to have the data or platform altered even slightly to be more user friendly, accurate, and interpretable.

The system timed out a lot and this can be frustrating for the user if they haven't saved their screen.

I have limited need to use ecoPortal so can't comment.

It's been good to use it to get people who's certificates may be expiring and having that pop up in my email so I can bring that up with my boss and she can get them certified again.

I have used a lot of different software packages over the last 20 years and this one was easy to use and show others how to use in day to day management of health and safety.

The details are too much to specify which make user reluctant sometimes.

This will ensure you maximise the value of your subscription, utilise the support hours you are paying for more efficiently and, ultimately, deliver a better product for your staff and management.

The email notification timing on the risk review register appears to be 6 months in advance of the risk review due date. So these notifications are ignored as not yet relevant.

EcoPortal provided a comprehensive and cost effective solution for our H&S needs.

The tool is great and the team is very east to work with, from background support to full, hands-on implementation.

The easy of the system for both admins and users has made the integration of the system into the business efficient and effective as we have used terms that the business are familiar with.

We have been using this for many different processes, from risk registration and management to mitigation plans and vendor management.

Additionally, the implementation support provided through Risk Rising has been excellent. The ability to link workflows and report out information has been valuable for executive reporting.

Heavy usage of FAIR is great, and I like the application templates that can be downloaded for crowdsourcing.

The complexity of the system can grow with your business and your business' individual requirements. Our version of risk Cloud has developed over time along with the risk maturity of the business.

Sometimes, especially if you are just starting out with the tool, there can be unwanted downstream impact to other workflows.

LogicGate is the perfect place to track the components of an effective compliance plan.

Need features to be able to see which users have viewed each risk within the system. This will allow accountability.

Low-cost price and easy to build the application setup and Control reviewing and Process of SOX Review.

The features of the software are great and provide what we need. It provides governance structure and record-keeping.

LogicGate is easy to use, flexible, and has many good features. It's perfect for either a smaller organization, or a large corporate environment.

The LogicGate procurement, implementation and now support process has been amazing. The support team is unbelievable.

We started using LogicGate to decentralize risk management and incident management. All users can now always track their risks and submit any incidents.

Because the software is fairly new, improvements are still being made. Sometimes it has not able to do exactly what is desired but each time they have listened to our problem and feedback.

As an American company this is understandable, I'm just jealous when I see the support for new regulation in the US.

The fact that it is wrapped in API gives us the ability to integrate with other systems for GRC orchestration across platforms.

Not having a sandbox to test changes to workflows pre-production or a restore/undo button has been difficult for our teams to manage; making us hesitant to work on significant changes on our own.

The customization of the environment is amazing and never ceases to amaze me. It can be utilized by any industry and the flexibility is mind blowing.

It is more than just a GRC platform - it is a workflow orchestration platform that has great modules included.

It failed to integrate with most critical apllications before we switched to other options.

Not having a  free trial period is a crucial missing aspect of the platform, also not having a free version is a serious missing point too.

The reporting functionality of the platform is still limited but continuous enhancements are being rolled out by LogicGate.

LogicGate is very user friendly and it is very nice that updates auto save.

Great place to store documents that need access by several employees. Let's you organize the information by project or other.
