Overall, I am happy with the experience. There are some options that I would like to have added, but it is saving me some time.

This software can be a bit confusing to learn, including learning how to navigating through all of the features.

My most favorite feature of Jolt would be its assistance in helping the team meet food safety.

We also love the referral program. We haven't had anyone actually join yet, but we recommend Jolt to everyone.

It can be difficult to delete a lost from the daily to-do checklist once it has been added.

It has extreme customization and it is easy to print out the inspections for the night crew and the users are happy with a program that is quick and easy to use.

Customer support has been very helpful to us and he is always keeping up with the workflow. Overall it has been an AWESOME experience.

Found the instructions and support functions excellent and made it easy to navigate awesome support.

If youre wondering if it would be a good investment, the answer is yes. I enjoy using this program as it makes me job a lot easier and better manageable.

Jolt made the initial setup and content migration for our test account simple. Store level integration was seamless and the team loves using the platform.

The modular ability of being able to build what you need is great. Setting up pushes for the lists and forms at specific times is a great tool to help keep the team on track daily.

Support from the Jolt team is amazing, as they help guide you through your initial training  and ongoing training as you continue to learn the functionality of their system.

Jolt is amazing, I've used it with several companies that I have worked for and it is the only program I CONTINUALLY RECCOMEND. Great program and even better customer service.

Cost per month is really high.I have to pay custom duties here in Canada that adds up.

The software, in our experience, is offline often.

There are occasionally errors when I upload documents, however the problem does not occur often.

We have enjoyed a very positive experience with Onboard. You are assigned a customer support manager that reaches out to you and listens to any suggestions that you would like to see.

The product is great and integrated smoothly. Adoption of the product was the biggest challenge.

The integrated zoom is a huge bonus. We also love being able to keep everything in one place and clear out emails.

We are only slowly moving into all the features, to keep our transition seamless. The ease of use is very important and evident with both me and with the team of 19 others using it.

OnBoard has been wonderful to deal with - their customer service is supreme (easily the best out of every service provider we are currently working with).

The color printing alone was very costly as the packet grew in size over time.

It's compatible with all the browsers we use, its mobile app is superb, and when compared to other board portals we've used, it provides more capability at a lower price.

All Adobe Acrobat bookmarks and markups including highlighting, comments, and added text are stripped out and lost when these documents are uploaded.

OnBoard integrated with our existing business processes and board requirements, it is extremely user friendly, administration has been easy thanks to the amazing support staff.

I would recommend OnBoard to any of my peers. We don't touch nearly all of its capabilities, but so appreciate how easy it is to share information securely with our board members.

The system helps build your meeting agendas and you can attach documents for the meeting attendees to view during the meeting. We are very pleased with the product and would recommend.

Above all, the customer service has been fantastic from exploration to implementation to now customer check-ins. The price is pretty good too.

The ease of access by both the Admin and the board members is probably at the top of the list of great attributes of the OnBoard portal.

I especially like the ease of the software, the ability to upload documents for the meeting is a great feature.

I love the agenda builder. It is nice to have access to the agenda on the event itself.

The inability to use the gallery view is very disappointing and the sound/video quality is poor with the integration. It works will when Zoom is used separately however.

This saved me a ton of time printing and collating and mailing board packets. Also saved the company money.

I don't have anything about it I dislike or have a problem with.

Making changes to the book once it is built  is a huge plus. Zoom integration along with the ability to control who sees what and when is an excellent feature.

The ease of use for staff is what I like most about this software. They have done an excellent job of reducing redundancies.

I am confident that I will become more familiar with sections of OnBoard as I use it more. The assistance that comes from OnBoard is terrific and very helpful when learning.

Great program and value. I did all the research in looking for a board portal and was pleased with this from the beginning.
