Overall, I am happy with the experience. There are some options that I would like to have added, but it is saving me some time.

This software can be a bit confusing to learn, including learning how to navigating through all of the features.

My most favorite feature of Jolt would be its assistance in helping the team meet food safety.

We also love the referral program. We haven't had anyone actually join yet, but we recommend Jolt to everyone.

It can be difficult to delete a lost from the daily to-do checklist once it has been added.

It has extreme customization and it is easy to print out the inspections for the night crew and the users are happy with a program that is quick and easy to use.

Customer support has been very helpful to us and he is always keeping up with the workflow. Overall it has been an AWESOME experience.

The modular ability of being able to build what you need is great. Setting up pushes for the lists and forms at specific times is a great tool to help keep the team on track daily.

Support from the Jolt team is amazing, as they help guide you through your initial training  and ongoing training as you continue to learn the functionality of their system.

At times some features seem to lack maturity in terms of what enhancements I expect to see, but these enhancements often come in later releases.

The interface for reports development can be a bit challenging at times. If you have a lot of fields in your apps, searching for them when building/filtering a report can be a struggle.

The education and support from the OnSpring team is outstanding. They are truly partnered in understanding your problem and helping you build a solution to meet it.

Take a look at the whole platform, the ability to build quick integrations, and you'll see it has the potential to centralize a lot of your key business data into one place. It's incredibly powerful.

The licensing model is simple and straightforward that allows for post-deployment flexibility and growth.

There are no long term contracts to worry about.

Once you understand how to use the system and it's capabilities, it's pretty simple to use. It has given me the ability to automate so much more than I ever planned.

We use this to record and track our Non Disclosure Agreements, Legal Hold Notices, Risks and Incident reporting for audits. The few times I did need support, the customer service was amazing.
