M trying to close my Plus account but nope, no one gets back to me and they’re still charging me. Absolutely disgusted and now cancelling my card so they can’t steal anymore of my money.

I don’t take credit cards so I don’t need the extra service. I had to dispute it on my credit card company.

It’s all about learning with new products and how easy they are fresha is easy to adapt to and function and customer care are great.

Great little booking tool. I switched when i wanted a paperless clinic.

Clients can book in easily and the book now buttons create opportunities for clients to see who’s available at any time day or night. I love all the features and the consultation helps a great deal.

Except on the website it says it’s included in the 2.29% plus $0.20 per transaction fees. M already very upset at the delay only to hear about these extra costs.

It is easy to use so far and even the free version a small business can use. And as i can understand the Fresha Plus is also cheap.

Great for the whole team , great for rebooking clients and the appointment reminders are brilliant.

You can choose to use the program for free. If you want to add the 'Plus' utilities, you pay a fair price.

I really like the fact that you can utilize almost everything you need to run a successful business. It keeps track on everything with integrated options to social media plus google.

Ve owned my salon 4 years. This is my 3rd and thank goodness my final software.

I'm set up to send out birthday notifications but I believe they all go to Spam so my clients never acknowledge seeing the announcements with their birthday discounts.

Also when an appointment is cancelled there should be some type of way to track all history.

I do like to be able to run reports to see what services are the most popular. I also like seeing the amount of products I have sold per item.

Tech support is amazing. Many detailed reports can be generated and the ease of booking appointments is a plus.

For a business that does not spend their days sitting at a computer with loads of time to fight the program, this  for us, does not have the value that we expected.

Not easy to learn features by a click of a button. Don’t know how to fix missed information from previous days.

The DARCI module helps automate business management tasks such as text and email messaging, appointment confirmations, running promotions, marketing campaigns, closing reports and more. It also offers a social networking interface for sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Yelp.


Point of sale features include the ability to check out from the appointment book interface, letting clients pay with rewards points, tracking gratuities, assigning commissions and applying coupons and discounts. Online retail tools include featured items, configurable shipping fees, an Authorize.net interface for payment processing and a product search.
