Pros
I love the simplicity of it, very easy to use!
The support is amazing and so easy to find . I love colour coding the services so so easy to use

Cons
Some options can not be customised but considering the price it's not much of a problem
Some reports for marketing can be a little tedious to work out. They can improve on the reporting side but otherwise all great

I love how easy this app is.. My clients LOVE the reminders and I LOVE I don't have to send them! Through COVID this company has been amazing!!!
Very easy to use. Lots of features. Great price

Cons
It is very customizable, but it would be nice if they offered packages for added features instead of paying a la carte.
The updates sometimes will not allow you to sign in during a particular timeframe, but other than that- We are super happy with it!
