Pros/Cons

Pros
Easy to figure out and work with. Awesome customer service and quick. You do not have to be technically advanced to work this program. Love the access to students, and parents and ease of access.
Great way of organizing the information necessary for a school to run smoothly. The interface is easy to use. There are many different reports to choose from.

Cons
Some things are still a little complicated but it comes with online instructions to help you along.
I did not like how frequently it has pop ups. I like this program so I do not have many cons.

I love that it is so easy to communicate with parents using this app!
I love all the features and attention to detail. It's great to get down everything we did throughout the day and is easy to use.

Cons
It could still use more development. You can't see complete threads/exchanges when messaging the teacher. But other than that, it's great.
The initial account set up can be a bit frustrating but your child's school administrator should be well versed in this product and be able to assist you.
