Pros/Cons

Pros
I love that it is so easy to communicate with parents using this app!
I love all the features and attention to detail. It's great to get down everything we did throughout the day and is easy to use.

Cons
It could still use more development. You can't see complete threads/exchanges when messaging the teacher. But other than that, it's great.
The initial account set up can be a bit frustrating but your child's school administrator should be well versed in this product and be able to assist you.

Ease of use. Low cost. Great customer service.
It is very easy to learn and use and the tech support are extremely helpful!

Cons
Sometimes there are glitches or user error, but customer service is great and problems are resolved quickly.
At times, the functionality of the software is cumbersome and it is hard to find specific reports, however the Customer Service is very helpful when we needed.
