Pros
- The technical support was outstanding with follow up and regular conversations as we developed the program to fit our specific industry contracts and documents database needs.
- Cobblestone is a great system that allows me to manage our contracts, find documents and complete tasks in a timely manner. Customer support is wonderful, always very responsive.
Cons
- The only downside I can see was there wasn't a mobile app but they have listened to our feedback and added this within the past few months.
- Lag time and inability to remove/hide out-of- the-box fields/modules; however, the accustomed to the platform a user becomes, the less those elements are noticed.
Pros
- Not only does the ShippingEASY program make shipping anything from your location EASY, their customer service is superior. They make everything super easy, with their friendly knowledgeable staff.
- Shipping easy was super eady yi integrate. The prices are super comparable with other shipping sites.
Cons
- I also do not like when I print over 40 packing slips it messes up atleast 20 or more. So I have to go through and figure out what slips I am missing and it is such a pain.
- I can not think of anything I dislike about the software.
