I like that I can place my requisitions anytime and from anywhere. That I can track the approval flow is also a plus for Coupa.

If Coupa would assist the supplier more it would help their customers in implementing some of the solutions (cXML, Flat File, etc.).

I've been using TripScanner for a few months and am impressed by the comprehensive reporting and ease of use.

Coupa is a reliable software, with good security measures. It has different funcionalities, such as receiving POs, sending invoices, etc.

Coupa enables you to identify new markets to market or buy products, as well as enables you to find the best prices and many good offers.

I have to log in to other's such as (not real names) Aribah and VendorCalfA and they both suc. Coupa is so easy for vendors, 2 easy steps.

Very bad, always have problems with the page, can't change the password and the message error is a random message that do not help.

Coupa’s ability to take inputs in any form (question, statement, text, numeric, percentages, etc) and track and compare them is incredibly useful for the bidding process.

If an invoice is disputed, it is hard to delete it.

The following features are most amazing to me. Requisition and PO management.

It also allows you to run queries to tabulate budgetary expenses and track historical expenditure. Creating a Purchase Requisition is fairly easy and straightforward.

Specifically, we are struggling with the supplier integration and though we have weekly calls, we are still having problems.

Implementation can be painful depending on which route you go.

While the product provides a good value to it's primary functionality, the product lacks a level of polish to it. The navigation and processes to do specific steps feel clunky and not very smooth.

When adding another line to the items in cart, it makes you completely re-enter all information which is frustrating when the items are linked but may just be different in price.

Being able to Purchase and pay out of one system. Instead of using two systems that don't talk to each other.

I like how helpful the global search is and how integrated it is with specific punchout, also how easy it is to track and receive orders.

The user interface is good and it allows real time tracking of your transactions.

Helps better keep track of the purchases needed for the company (whether they be large or small). Ties the purchases to a PO for Accounting and Finance teams to keep track of.

Overall experience is good with Coupa Support and must be recommended.

I am satisfied with how coupa is used for B2B purchases and how most vendors is easily found when issuing the PO.

It took me almost no time to get set up and start using the service.

It is a great value, as the price is very low, yet it gives you very valuable information and it can also save you money on hotels, car rentals.

Our company was stuck in an antiquated paper-based system of tracking indirect spend.

The vendor receives the purchase order once approved via email. Once the service has been received attaching the invoice and the closure procedure is easy as well.

As a member of the finance team this is a useful too that helps us track expenses and make sure that we are charging to the correct cost centers. The approval process is also very helpful.

Effectively reduces cost, better operational efficiencies and better end user experience.

The Customer Support has been wonderful so far. They always get answers right back to you and walk us through suggested options to try.

Overall my experience has been fantastic. I am beginning to get reporting at a detailed level that I've never had, I enjoy the audit trails and Audit oversights.

I cant seem to be able to edit items from a copied requistion when its a product already in the system catalog; thats a no brainier really.

The expectation for the user to understand the full reimbursement policy of the company may be to high. There is no built in calculation to reduce a reimbursement by type selected.

Mobile support is a good thing. Customer support is great.

It's difficult to search for created items in Coupa.

Vendor overpromises, underdelivers. Universal search bar is terrible.

I find Coupa to be a poorly designed product, difficult to use, lacking many basic features, and which adds layers of complexity to minor workflows.

Coupa speed is excellent and its is easy to use, whenever nee features are launched they are also easy to deploy and integration was smooth.

Jacked up prices, extortionist mentality,  poor business practices, unprofessional support, machiavellian attitude sales doctrines, etc.

There are times when we bump into a defect, these defects will impact our business processes and users.

Netstock for Sales Forecasting / Demand Planning. Netsuite claims to be able to do all of the above, it may do, but to such a poor level, it's not a viable option.

For my particular area of work, inventory management is great and is better than its competitors.

I recently switched over to Netsuite and I have really enjoyed it so far. It seemed like I picked it up after only a few days of using it.

When NetSuite has errors, they tend to be very bad ones and take a while to get fixed, which hurts our daily business.

I like that I can store all of the companies information in one place. I like that our customers are easy to find.

The structure of Estimate > Sales Order > Invoice is nice. Use of Tasks and Customer notes, contacts and related information is also nice.

You can integrate with any other application and also it's very fast and reliable. This can be the good solution for EDI also.

I'm in purchasing and have use over 15 different software systems and this is probably the worst or tied for worst.

The robust features that come out of the box are great. I like the abundance of add on Modules and Suiteapps available.

It helps tie costs and resources to a project code and manage expense approvals and reporting. Woud really like some features for mass uploads to save time.

They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.

I love being able to mess around and try things without actually affecting the books. It also integrates with just about every finance product I've ever been interested in.

NetSuite can be difficult to learn at the beginning. You also have to pay for an outside service to link you emails from Outlook to NetSuite.

No accountability for system issues, error, or outages. Sneaky contracts that will hook you with discounts and raise fees exorbitantly after your are stuck with your data and huge conversion costs.

We have had poor support with the local NetSuite facilitating company. While we have made strides in the integration, it has taken years to do so, and we are a small company.

Honestly the best thing I like about NetSuite is how easy it is to contact Customer Service and how helpful they are.

The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.

After the trial it’s very hard to get any customer service or contact from the company. The service team sells the product and then they are nowhere to be found, and very difficult to contact.

A very good software for cloud base and does the basics  as well as for any other added customisation.

Set up team is great, and very accommodating. Overall product is great and we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.

Netsuite is essential to our finance department. It is user friendly and I would recommend to any company looking to switch their software.

I tested the free trial for the software and was amazed at it's capability. Definitely a winner for any company looking to scale their business.
