EasyPurchase by ESM Solutions is a cloud-based procurement management solution for higher education institutions, K-12 school districts, state and local governments and mid-size commercial businesses. The solution allows users to configure bids, RFPs and RFQs. Users can create their own templates and add new sections like checkboxes, questions, pricing matrices, attachments and information sections. The solution enables users to publish RFx to multiple lists of prospective suppliers and invite vendors based on their geographic location. Vendors receive a notification of the RFx and they can submit their response electronically through a vendor portal.

Best option for smaller institutions

Pros
As a small org/inst this software and customer support cannot be beat! We are able to add suppliers in our portal frequently and the process is seamless. The buyers can all use the software seamlessly. The staff is super supportive. Great company.
Cons
It would be nice to have more control over setting up your home page for your org.

Mostly good.
Pros
Centralized Procurement, guaranteed on contract pricing, ease of use for our purchasing community, flexibility with vendors regarding landing page, for example our computer hardware vendor landing page contain all of the configurations acceptable and supportable to our Office of Information Technology team.
Cons
Challenges setting up new vendors. Lack of response from ESM regarding on boarding new vendors . Not software related challenges with billing process and ESM's ability to identify our payments with the documentation they request for payment processing.
