Pros
- It was easy to set up and it keeps our users safe. If our mail server goes down, we know we can count on Proofpoint to hold our messages until it comes back online.
- Email protection and filtering is easy to use. Most end users are able to complete basic tasks without issue.
Cons
- There is no search function for searching the body of emails, leading to customer frustration when trying to find specific words in emails.
- Subscription emails that I DO want to received are caught in spam. This isn't that big a deal because I'm able to approve these to be delivered, but it can be difficult and frustrating sometimes.
Pros
- What I love most SpamTitan is its reliability. It is a well-designed and effective software with fantastic customer service.
- Easy to implement and manage. The user interface is very straight forward and we love that it is branded with our company's logo.
Cons
- The only point that i dislike is, there are no access to the software from other device except from my computer, as it only operating from stand-alone application for desktop.
- The daily report of spam or something with held was to long of a delay.
