  • Pros

  • We also can have a piece of IT equipment email a ticket into Boss when there is an outage. There are a lot of little integrations like these two examples that extend the usefulness of the application.
  • Very good features out of the box for the price.
  • Cons

  • All Current system cons (current system on its way out in months though): the need to know SQL; system lags.
  • You're limited to just the options they give you. Since it's web based they can't really customize anything directly for you because it will impact all of their customers.

  • It has been very easy to get set-up to a point that our users can use it with a very short timeline and is very user friendly.
  • The ability to customize your own view is pretty great. It helps me keep my tickets in an orderly manner.
  • Cons

  • Even the things that are missing product enhancements can be made so I wouldn't say there are any cons.
  • They have a built-in report builder tool that has limited functionality. The product we used prior to TeamDynamix leveraged SAP BusinessObjects for reporting.
