At times you are just left following up on the issues. The biggest scare is their dynamic & unpredictable pricing policy.

Great for organizing, automating, and managing tasks for moving freight.

Little to NO communication when reporting issues. Advised to read FAQ and watch videos when having issues.

If I could turn back time I would keep away from this software. I agree with most negative opinions that my predecessors posted.

The program itself is incredibly laggy - 5 seconds to open a tab from the menu, open a file, etc. Multiple that by 100 bookings and the wasted time adds up.

Its clear the back end coding of this software is a mess. There is no customer service and they price gouge.

To my view it was a lie since Microsoft did not raise its prices. They charge more than $1000 just for leaving them which is insane and illegal.

The software platform itself is pretty good. It's robust, has all the features you need, and is updated pretty regularly.

It is an end to end one stop software. It has a pretty good customer facing 'Track and Trace' feature.

Why is everything a Consolidation. This is the WORST SOFTWARE I HAVE EVERY USED IN 28 YEARS.

All the utilities, and features that this system can provide are awesome. It really makes the day to day operations so much accessfull, efficient, and easy.

Trying to create or change a report or document is difficult. Try to find what they call a macro for a field, is very time consuming.

All we see is escalating system costs. There’s no guidance on how the “savings” can be achieved.

However, if you - as a company - are prepared to invest and get behind this product, I would say hand on heart, this product can and will deliver for you.

I enjoy how this application is a single platform allowing for increased productivity throughout a range of teams and departments.

Instead of saving we'll have to pay more. This is very frustrating experience and I wish we never signed up for it and wasted time and money.

I really enjoy using accounting side of Cargowise. It is a great software for AP, AR and general accounting.

Hands down the support team for this product is absolutely horrendous.

Worst customer service ever. Even Microsoft has better customer service.

I have one ticket open now for 3+ months that I request an update on weekly and have yet to receive an update. Absolutely horrible support for this product.

It's really easy to track the product in each phase of the supply chain, allowing each stakeholder to improve their internal processes.

The functionality of the software is so intricate and complex, yes the user experience is easy and flows smoothly.

Overall experience is negative. It consistently bugs out, crashes, or doesnt do what it should do, which creates alot of wasted time.

Extremely complicated costing with numerous charges and many hidden charges. The only reason for such complex costing is to charge more and mislead customers.

You do need to have a competent team of IT professionals and Business Analysts to make this a success, however, any software deployment usually requires the same.

The worst thing is customer support, or lack of. You cannot call them, you must use the incident system.

And when you put in a ticket for information etc replies are all over the place and you hve no idea which ticket they are referring to, as the original subject disappears.

Easy to install, easy to use, fully integrated to Australia Post and Shopify.

It's been perfect for us as we've scaled our business.

It has made our shipping experiences easy and manageable while saving time and money.

It was a bit difficult getting used to. We formerly used UPS.com, FedEx.com, etc and this took some getting used to.

Do not pay for insured shipping and terrible customer service.

Shippit is a total fraud and will take your money without delivering your parcels.

If I cancel an order from the booking screen, it turns out that it changes the shipping carrier and I am told I need to check each one.

They do not pay insured shippings some how. Terrible customer service.

It pulls together so many different shippers to help us find the best option for every single case, while still staying automated enough to be low labour intensive.

Our customers love the regular updates from the couriers.

Easy interface to use and integration with Shopify.

In the tracking screen it does not show all the deliveries that are delayed, you have to search for them 1 by 1, so there is no knowing ahead of time. You have to wait for the customer to notify you.

Easy to use and very reliable. We can easy identify parcels that are yet to be shipped and our customers love the accurate and frequent updates.

Program is Faulty and Costly to it's customers.

Shippit has solved no business problems for us, only created them.

From the beginning, we had problems with, orders disappearing from the new orders screen to the booking screen.

Would highly recommend and pleased we found it.

The freight carriers routinely lose and break parcels, and because we can't deal with them direclty and have to go through shippit, it means we can't fix any problems.

Love how easy this is to use. Makes shipping quick and easy.

It was good but regular extra charges and a failure to deal with issues quickly are starting to sour the relationship. We will be using Aus Post more often from now on.

The features are really nice to use, and the interface makes it easy to process and fulfil multiple orders at once.

Shippit has been a reliable and amazing platform for us to use for our business. It is extremely user friendly and their customer support is great.
