Pros/Cons

Pros
I like that it is easy to use the site. It is user-friendly, and the customer support is great. They respond to your question fast.
We trained over 20 call center agents on CallHub in less than 90 minutes. The user interface is very intuitive and it is very easy to setup and understand.

Cons
What I like least about this service is that I find it hard to upload contacts sometimes. otherwise the service is great!
In general, there is no drawback as such for the software. Better rates would be greatly appreciated.

Pros
I love this company, and the hands on customer service! No drama, only results! and great prices!
Great staff. Easy to talk to and excellent ideas for our site.

Cons
The website backend wasn't very easily customizable, but any edits requested were handled prompty by the Marketing360 team. I would prefer a bit more control, but overall a great experience.
l noticed the more you download onto your phone the app runs slow. Not sure why but other than that love it.
