  • Pros

  • It is very easy to use and customer support is great. I have tried many and fine Sakari to be the best.
  • I love that my potential customers can reach me 24/7 with questions. I am far more accessible to clients this way than my competitors.
  • Cons

  • It's a bummer some of the reporting needs to be set up through custom workflows.
  • I am using this software within Hubspot and I miss the fact I can't be alerted when a lead reply back, meaning I need to check each of my contact one by one if a response has been received.

  • The back office is easy to navigate. Other than sending your own texts everything is pretty much automated so it needs very little interaction.
  • The loyalty program and text alert system. Loyalty program brings back customers and make this a great addition.
  • Cons

  • I get busy and forget to use it to it's full potential.
  • I can not think of anything that I am unhappy or dissatisfied about. I have not come across anything that I would say I wish this software could do.
