  • Pros

  • I like the schedule feature, I like that I can see what is going on in the entire facility at all times. That is a very nice feature.
  • User Friendly, good payment tracking system, good scheduling system. Customer Support is excellent.
  • Cons

  • If the check-in screen is not selected and a member scans in, it can be a problem. If you do not have at least 2 computers at your front desk, a lot of members will not get checked in.
  • It is not very intuitive for customers to use (especially new customers) I constantly receive calls and emails complaining about how new customers are unable to register for training.

  • Another big benefit in pro to the system is there online training documentation as well as videos. It makes it very helpful.
  • Reports are very flexible to customize. Officials scheduling piece has saved us money since officials receive reminders about games.
  • Cons

  • Scheduling is the hardest part with odd teams.
  • I can't find much to say that could be negative. Anything I have had to learn or find out is available with links and or videos.
