Google Forms vs SurveyMonkey

There's not too many negative things to say but while it's easy to create or use a simple form, it's near impossible to customize it and really personalize the experience.

The functionality of the software is great, however, I feel like the aesthetics could be better.

Worked well with Constant and Contact and NEON CRM but we did not find it as adaptable/integrateable with MS Access.

It can be difficult at the beginning to handle all the raw data, once you get a hang of it you will find how useful is all the information.
